Vacancy: Fundraising Manager
Mentor are looking for an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record of success to help us to increase our income and build long-term relationships across a range of new and existing commissioners, trusts, foundations and individual donors.

Hours: 3 days per week (21 hours)
Salary: £34,000 FTE
Location: Mentor's London office in Old Street

About the role
The role of the Fundraising Manager is to deliver, refine and lead on implementing our fundraising strategy to allow Mentor to achieve our ambitious 2017-2020 strategic plan. You will be able to cost-effectively expand and diversify Mentor's income streams and cultivate long-term relationships across a range of new and existing trusts & foundations, statutory commissioners and individual donors.
To achieve our strategic goals, we must diversify and increase our income and this is the focus of our fundraising strategy. Project funding is very important as it allows us to deliver our programme goals. To maintain our sustainable position and our influence on the prevention agenda, we also need to further grow our unrestricted income revenue.
The Fundraising Manager is part of our Senior Leadership Team and plays a part in our overall strategy, reporting to the Chief Executive. Creativity and flexibility will be needed to continue our success in building a more effective and diverse income generation strategy.
