Employee Engagement Programmes
Mentor has extensive experience in developing tailored programmes that can provide your employees with a unique experience. From working with young people helping them achieve their full potential to supporting one of our family days and getting to know the community better; our goal is to create awareness and partnerships with those who share our passion for helping young people thrive.
Challenge events are a fantastic way for a company to support a charity. We participate in a number of running events throughout the year and we are always keen to see a corporate team getting involved. These events are a great way of creating a team spirit and getting people active and inspired.
We are happy to arrange charity places for your company if you want to take on a challenge on our behalf.
In previous years our supporters have taken part in the British 10k London Run and the Royal Parks foundation Half Marathon on behalf of Mentor - click the button below to read more about our challenge events.
Charity of the Year
We believe that the best form of sponsorship is through long-term partnerships. Our dedicated fundraising and communications teams will work closely with you to develop a unique programme for your Charity of the Year partnership with us.
We can support you in getting your staff motivated to get involved, to work with people from other departments, to develop personal goals, to make a difference to society - and, of course, to have a blast!
Benefits of being charity of the year:
- You will have your own dedicated contact to co-ordinate all staff fundraising activities
- We will help you to produce your own programme of activities and events for your staff to take part in
- Public relations support
- Our CEO can speak in some of your key CSR events
- We can provide specific workshops for your employees around dealing with boundaries at home with teenagers and effective mechanism to protect their children from drugs and alcohol
Did you know there’s a way to save money and donate more to charity at the same time?
Donate directly through your salary. The donation is taken from your pay before tax is deducted, so it costs you less and the Inland Revenue gives us the tax it would otherwise have kept. We both win!
