We are pleased to share the news that Mentor has two new trustees: Kelly Allen, of the Cabinet Office, and Clive Standish, former financial chief of UBS. They bring valuable experience and skills to Mentor that will strengthen our work as we dive into new projects for 2016.

Kelly currently is Deputy Director for the Commercial Capability Programme in the Cabinet Office. She previously worked as the Private Secretary and Chief of Staff for the Government Chief Commercial Officer, developing notable stakeholder engagement and commercial skills in the public sector.

After working on issues of community safety for Milton Keynes Council for three years, Kelly moved to roles in the Cabinet Office and Home Office. Her experience will be an asset to Mentor as we continue to work with government and local communities on drug and alcohol education and prevention programmes.

Clive Standish joins Mentor’s Board with a strong background in finance and management. His professional career spans Europe and Australia, where he took chief finance management and partner roles within numerous financial organisations.

The team at Mentor are looking forward to seeing how Kelly and Clive will strengthen Mentor’s approach as we enter the preparation phase of our strategic plan for 2017 and beyond.
